The service

genz.ai helps you create short vertical videos and social media copy with AI. Features may change as we improve the product.

AI-generated content

Videos, hooks, scripts, captions and hashtags are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other people's content. Check everything before you post it, and label it as AI-generated where a platform or the law requires. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Don't use genz.ai to create illegal, hateful, sexual, deceptive or infringing content, or content showing real people without their permission. We may refuse requests or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits

An 8-second 720p video uses 40 credits; longer videos cost more, and the exact cost is shown before you generate. If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable tax. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner; we never see your full card details.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Plans & Credits → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then returns to Free. Plan credits you've already received stay on your account.

Refunds

If you're in the UK or EU you can request a refund within 14 days of your first purchase, provided you haven't used any credits from it. After you start using paid credits, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. To ask for a refund, contact us.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in Settings. This cancels any subscription and permanently removes your videos and data.
